Returning an order

Of course, it is possible to return your received order. This could be because you are not satisfied, ordered the wrong product, or ordered too much. This is the right of withdrawal, which is legally established. As a consumer, you have 14 days after receiving the product to (if desired, without giving a reason) revoke the concluded agreement. There are several options to return your received product:

• You should return the product in its original condition as much as possible. If the product is returned damaged or incomplete, we will be obliged to charge you for the damage.
• You will receive a refund of the purchase amount of the product, including any delivery and cash-on-delivery costs, as soon as possible (but always within 14 days after cancellation). The refund will be made once the product has been returned. A refund is always free of charge for you.

Return Conditions

There are several conditions associated with returning products:

• In principle, the refund will be made in the same way you paid.
• The costs of returning the goods are for you as the consumer.
• You must return the product within 14 days after cancellation.

The following types of products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• Products made according to the consumer's specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person
• Products that are irrevocably mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature
