How can I pay?

You can pay in various ways:

  • Credit Card
  • Bank Transfer in Advance
  • Paypal

Credit Card:
You can easily and securely pay with your credit card. Choose the payment method "Credit Cards" in the order menu. After clicking on Place Order, you will be redirected to the secured payment page of your card company. This is done through our payment provider.

Bank Transfer in Advance:
You pay the amount due for delivery in advance by bank transfer. Note: the delivery time starts only when the payment is received by Kranendonk B.V., usually within 1 working day.

Paypal:
Choose the payment method "Paypal" in the order menu. After clicking on Place Order, you will be redirected to the secured payment page of Paypal. You pay with your Paypal account. You can easily link it to your bank account or credit card, so you can pay securely online in a few clicks.

What is your delivery area?
We deliver throughout the mainland of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland and Wales). If you want to order from Northern Ireland or adjacent islands, please contact our customer service to check out the possibilties.

Are there any delivery costs?

Yes, to display our product prices as transparently as possible, so it will always be displayed on the product pages.

How quickly will I receive my order?

All our products can be delivered within 7 working days. Please note that for orders placed after 17:00, the next working day is not considered the earliest possible delivery day, as the schedule has already been made.

 

Are the prices on the webshop inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

All our prices on the website are inclusive of VAT.

 

Can I have the order delivered to a different address than the billing address?

Yes, of course. In the order menu, you can check whether the delivery address is the same as the billing address. If not, you will immediately have the opportunity to enter a different delivery address.

 

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Of course, you will always receive an order confirmation by email immediately after placing the order. You will receive this at the email address you provided. 

Is having an email address mandatory to place an order?

No, you can also order from us without an email address. However, this cannot be done online. If you do not have an email address, it is best to place your order by phone. Call +44 1482904013 for this.

Are deliveries also made on Saturdays?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver on Saturdays.

I am a business customer and want the order delivered directly to my customer. Is this possible?

Of course, this is possible. You can specify a different delivery address than the billing address. If desired, you can indicate in the comments that it is a delivery to your customer, and we will ensure that it is delivered neutrally with your company name as the sender.
