Purpose of Data Processing

We use your personal data exclusively for the purpose of our services: to execute the agreement and to further improve our services.

Use and Exchange of Your Personal Data

We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing without your explicit consent (for example, signing up for the newsletter). You can also withdraw this consent at any time. Kranendonk B.V. does not sell your data to third parties. Of course, we share necessary data with parties involved in the execution of the agreement. Think of carriers, IT services, and other services. Or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a data processing agreement to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data. Kranendonk B.V. remains responsible for these processes.

Processing of Payment Data

To handle (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use, among others,

- the various platforms of banks
- Paypal, if you choose Paypal as a payment method

These payment platforms process your name, address, and place of residence, and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. These payment platforms have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. These payment platforms reserve the right to use your data to further improve the service and, in this context, share (anonymized) data with third parties. In the case of a request for deferred payment (credit facility), these payment platforms share personal data and information about your financial position with credit rating agencies. All the safeguards mentioned above regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of the service provision of these payment platforms for which they engage third parties. These payment platforms do not keep your data longer than allowed by law.

Processing of Personal Data for Marketing Purposes

Of course, we want to offer you the best shopping experience and show you as relevant advertisements as possible on our website and beyond. For this, we use various analysis and marketing tools. If data is shared with these parties, it concerns non-personal/traceable data, or your data is hashed shared, which means that it is irreversibly anonymized.
